WHAT ARTICLES ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?
The Le Pliage Personalized, the iconic bag from Longchamp, is available for purchase online for a large number of markets around the world. These personalized items are created according to your choices based on the available options at the time of your order. These items are not on sale at LONGCHAMP retail stores, except for special events. The offer of items are made to the extent of the stock available. Upon placing an order, you are advised of the availability of items.
WHAT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE WHEN PERSONALIZING THE LE PLIAGE BAG?
Several options are available depending on the product.
For the Le Pliage Personalized Nylon, there are 2 options, embossing and embroidery. For the Le PLiage Personalized Cuir, there is the option of perforation of initials or embossing.
The embossing is located on the leather flap of the bag with limited characters. The leather is heated and embossed which makes the initials darker. 2 calligraphies are available: HELVETICA (basic style) or ITALIC SCRIPT (English handwriting style).
The embroidery is located on the front of the bag, on the middle stripe. 3 calligraphies are available: HELVETICA, (basic style), ITALIC SCRIPT (English handwriting style) and CAMPUS (College style). If the embroidery contains an accent or a point, then it is connected to the rest of the text by a thread.
The perforation is located on the front of the bag, centered within the central band of leather. The leather is perforated creating capital letters, and the lining is visible through the holes. Whether choosing embossing, perforation or embroidery, an effect of optical illusion is possible due to the slope of letters.
The number of characters depends on the handbag's model and the calligraphy.
WHAT ARE THE COLORS AVAILABLE FOR THE LE PLIAGE PERSONALIZED BAG?
For the Nylon: There is a range of 15 colors available. For the Leather: There are 12 colors of leather offered. The choice of colors is updated twice per year - spring and fall. Please note that the choice of colors is not necessarily the same as the current collection available in our retail stores.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?
STEP 1: Choice of item(s):
For personalized items: selection of the model, then personalization of the article in several steps in the order of your choice: Personalized canvas Le Pliage items: selection of the length of the handles, choice of colors and selection of possible options. Personalized leather Le Pliage items: choice of colors and selection of possible options. Access to Step 2 takes place by clicking on the button ‘ADD TO CART’.
STEP 2: Access to ‘BAG’:
Indication of the choices of pick up location. Access to Step 3 takes places by clicking on the button “ORDER”.
STEP 3: Validation of the order in 3 stages:
Identification: Creation of your customer account or authentication through an existing customer account.
Summary of the order: Viewing the summary of your order and total amount of the order. At that stage, you can verify your data entered when you process your order and, if necessary, correct them.
Payment: Definitive validation of the order by clicking on the button “PROCCED ORDER”.
STEP 4: Order Confirmation:
Receipt of an electronic mail of confirmation deemed to be the purchase order confirmation.
Receipt of an electronic mail confirming the pickup arrangement upon the articles are ready.
We reserve the right not to honor an order abnormal or carried out insincerely, as well as for any other legitimate reasons.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Union Pay.
All the payment made in this website will be proceeded by SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd.. SOGO Rewards Point will be credited into the eligible account within 1 week after order. In case of any disputes, SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd. and the participating merchant reserve the right of final decision.
WHAT ARE THE PICK UP OPTIONS?
Store Pick Up is available in 2 selected Longchamp stores only.
Unless other delivery schedules are indicated because of the vacation periods, the delivery will be made around 8 weeks from placement of the order for personalized items.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WHEN PICK UP AT STORE?
Once you’ve received the ready for pick up email, please bring your ready for pick up email or order confirmation email with you to pick up your order. When you arrive at the store, please speak to a store associate to assist you with picking up your order.
Your order will be held at the store for 3 months. If your ordered item isn't picked up after 3 months, the ordered item will be forfeited and payment will not be refunded.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?
PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Considering the unique and personalized nature of the item, once the order is completed, your personalized order will be immediately sent to our production facilities in France. Any cancellations or changes to personalized orders will not be accepted. Return, exchange and refund policy is also not applicable to personalized item purchased in this website.
As a result, you have no option to claim any right of withdrawal. We therefore recommend that you give the time and attention required for designing your item.
